From the Robin Wood deck

I suppose it’s because I’m a Sagittarius, but I tend to yawn when I think of the Knight of Pentacles. This is grossly unfair. It’s true that in his negative aspect he can be nit-picking, obsessive, all work and no play, stick in the muddish and, well, boring.

But I could learn a lot from his positive aspect – which I suspect is probably why I’ve drawn him today – and his younger sibling yesterday.

Probably the biggest lesson I need to learn from my Knight of Pentacles is patience. That and faith that things will turn out, sure as the seasons turn.

He brings commitment, honesty and the strength of arm and character to do what needs to be done.

And when all’s said and done, that’s not so dull really.
