From the Robin Wood deck

The Master Craftsman. Skill. The practical, down-to-earth face of the creative act. This is a card about applying everything you know to create something tangible, so if it is reversed, I suppose it is about lacking confidence in your skills or being slap-dash in your efforts.

The Three is not about acquiring skill – that’s the Eight, I think. This is about using the skills you have to the utmost of your ability. Your output does not have to define who you are, but to be worthwhile it must have your heart in it.

In other words, ‘follow your bliss.’
